Pisciarello is an IGT sparkling wine produced in the splendid Colonia Iulia Spello in the green heart of Italy, Umbria. This wine, fruit of the union of Grechetto and Trebbiano grapes, has a natural second fermentation. The pleasant slightly tickling sensation on the palate is generated by the carbon dioxide developed during the first fermentation of the grapes inside small autoclaves. The wine is not filtered and may have small traces of residues.
